Making a booking

To hire one of our facilities you should:

  1. Ensure we have a current Facilities User Agreement with you or your organisation. The form for this agreement can be downloaded from the bottom of this page. When completed it should be sent to the church office, by emailing a scanned copy, by fax or by post.
  2. Request a facility using the Booking Request Form or by sending an email to the church office. You can also ring the church office during office hours.

Our rates for each of the facilities are available by contacting the church office. Access to the facilities will be available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the booked period.

When making a booking request, please note the shared facilities required (e.g. access to kitchen, chairs and tables).

Please note that there are restrictions on what activities may be undertaken while using the facilities and these are set out in the Facilities User Agreement.
